PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and inexpensive raw laver recovering device with a simple structure, capable of sequentially returning as recycling, while separating and recovering floating raw laver and water to be waste water in a laver manufacturing process, to a principal part in a laver manufacturing process, and a recycling method of water or raw laver.SOLUTION: A raw laver recovering device 1 is for filtering out to recover raw laver and water mixed in waste water produced in a water making process of plate laver manufacturing work. The raw laver recovering device 1 is opened in a shape in accordance with a separator 3 on the upper surface of a housing 2 exterior package and is equipped with the separator 3 which is attachable/detachable to/from the opening. In the raw laver recovering device 1, a nozzle 18 is mounted on the upper center of the separator 3 using a water pipe 16, an on-off valve 17 is provided in the middle of the nozzle 18 so as to be used for adjustment in a water jet amount, a water jet 19 separates water from raw laver on a boundary of a filter part 7 of the separator 3, and water separated with the separator 3 is collected and recovered in a water receiver 9 provided below the separator 3. A recycling method of water or raw laver 20 is also provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】海苔製造工程の中で廃水となる浮遊生海苔と水を分離し回収しながら、海苔製造工程の中の要部に再利用として順次戻すことができ、構成簡単、小型、安価な生海苔回収装置及び水又は生海苔の再利用方法の提供。【解決手段】板海苔製造加工の抄水工程で出る廃水に混入する生海苔と水とを濾過分離して回収する生海苔回収装置1であり、生海苔回収装置1は、筐体2外装の上面に、分離装置3に合わせた形状に開口して、その開口部と着脱自在な分離装置3を装備し、その分離装置3の上部中心に送水管16を用いてノズル18を装着し、そのノズル18との途中に開閉バルブ17を設け噴射水量の調整に使用し、その噴射水19は分離装置3の濾過部7を境に水と生海苔を分離し、分離装置3で分離された水は、分離装置3の下方に備えた水受容器9に収集、回収される生海苔回収装置1及び水又は生海苔20の再利用方法。【選択図】図1
