PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing sheets of laver capable of substantially improving productivity by shortening a sheet-making time at a sheet-making part even in the case of a raw laver having a soft laver quality.SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing sheets of laver manufactures dry sheets of laver while pitch-feeding a woven bamboo mat holder 10 through a sheet-making part 6, a press dewatering part, a drying chamber, and a peeling part. The sheet-making part 6 has a sheet-making box part 61, and a water receiving part 62 which receives water discharged from sheet-making box part 61. The water receiving part 62 has a water absorbing box 63 provided with a water discharging pipe 63b at a bottom part, and a gutter 64 below the water absorbing box 63. The water discharging pipe 63b provided vertically to the water absorbing box 63 is inserted into a water receiving pipe 64a to be air tight means when discharging water. The inner part of the water absorbing box 63 is forcibly sucked with a suction blower 70 to shorten a time necessary for sheet making, thereby increasing a pitch feed velocity of the woven bamboo mat holder 10 to improve the productivity of dry sheets of laver.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】海苔質のやわらかい生海苔であっても、抄部での抄き時間を短縮して生産性を大幅に向上できる海苔製造装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】簀ホルダー10を抄部6、プレス脱水部、乾燥室、剥部をピッチ送りしながら乾海苔を製造する海苔製造装置であって、抄部6は、抄箱部61と抄箱部61から吐出された水を受水する受水部62を有する。受水部62は底部に排水管63bが設けられた吸水箱63と、吸水箱63の下方の樋64を有する。吸水箱63に垂設された排水管63bを樋64に設けられた受水管64aに突入させ、排水時における気密保持手段とする。吸水箱63の内部を吸引ブロア70により強制的に吸引することにより、抄きに要する時間を短縮し、これにより簀ホルダー10のピッチ送り速度を速くして乾海苔の生産性を向上できる。【選択図】図4
