PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and stable sheet-like detergent capable of preventing a sheet from breaking or cracking and allowing adhesion only with water.
SOLUTION: A sheet-like skin cleaning tool is formed by laminating and adhering (a) the flexible sheet-like detergent formed of water-soluble polymer, a surfactant and a humectant and (b) an absorbent sheet having compressive elasticity in moist condition. The sheet-like detergent is water-soluble. One surface of the sheet-like detergent is dissolved and impregnated with the absorbent sheet and the sheet-like detergent is adhered to one side or both sides of the absorbent sheet.
