PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing processed cooking food dough in producing processed cooking food dough without passing through a grinding step from cereal grains.SOLUTION: The method for producing processed cooking food dough includes: a liquid absorption step #10 for absorbing a liquid in cereal grains a grinding step #20 for grinding the cereal grains by rotating a grinding blade in a mixture containing the cereal grains having absorbed a liquid and the liquid and a kneading step #30 for kneading the dough material composed of the mixture containing the ground cereal grains and the liquid by a kneading blade to knead the dough.
