Method for soil steam sterilisation providing the following steps； working the soil with a spading or tilling roller which is rotated about its own axis and contemporaneously moving the spading roller forward by a translation in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation； contemporaneously supplying steam in the soil, with a predetermined pressure and with a predetermined temperature, in the soil area being worked by the spading roller or immediately adjacent to said spading the spading roller being rotated about its own axis in a direction differing from the forward movement direction, that is in such a rotational direction that in the area in contact with the soil the direction of the spades is opposite to the forward movement direction. The invention further relates to a device for soil steam sterilisation working according to the method described above.L'invention concerne un procédé de stérilisation à la vapeur du sol qui comprend les étapes suivantes : travail du sol avec un rouleau de bêchage ou de labourage qui tourne autour de son propre axe et déplace simultanément le rouleau de bêchage vers l'avant par une translation dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation ； apport simultané de vapeur dans le sol, à une pression prédéterminée et à une température prédéterminée, dans la zone de sol qui est travaillée par le rouleau de bêchage ou immédiatement adjacente audit bêchage, le rouleau de bêchage tournant autour de son propre axe dans une direction différente de la direction de déplacement vers l'avant, qui est dans une direction de rotation telle que, dans la zone en contact avec le sol, la direction des bêches est opposée à la direction de déplacement vers l'avant. L'invention concerne en outre un dispositif de stérilisation à la vapeur du sol fonctionnant conformément au procédé décrit ci-dessus.
