The present invention relates to a rotavator with a gear exchanging device. The rotavator with a gear exchanging device comprises a PTO shaft (9) from which power of a tractor is extracted and an input shaft (10) which is connected to the PTO shaft (9) for receiving power. The PTO shaft (9) and the input shaft (10) are arranged in parallel in a gear box (8). A first converting gear (3) installed in the PTO shaft (9) and a first vertical motion gear (6) installed in the input shaft (10) are interlocked with each other. While a second converting gear (4) is installed on a side of the first converting gear (3) and a second vertical motion gear (5) is installed on a side of the first vertical motion gear (6), the second converting gear (4) and the second vertical motion gear (5) are detachably installed on an upper cover (2) of the gear box (8).본 발명은 트랙터의 동력이 추출되는 PTO축(9), 상기 PTO축(9)과 입력축(10)으로 연결되어 동력을 전달받는 로터베이터에 있어서, 상기 PTO축(9)과 상기 입력축(10)은 기어박스(8) 내에서 평행으로 배치되고, 상기 PTO축(9)에는 제1변환기어(3)가, 상기 입력축(10)에는 제1종동기어(6)가 착설되어 서로 맞물리며, 상기 제1변환기어(3)의 측면에 제2변환기어(4)가, 상기 제1종동기어(6)의 측면에 제2종동기어(5)가 각각 착설되는 한편, 상기 제2변환기어(4) 및 제2종동기어(5)는 상기 기어박스(8)의 상면커버(2)에 착탈가능하게 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어교환장치가 구비된 로터베이터에 관한 것이다.
