PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism insertion device and a puncture method capable of easily confirming the success or failure of suction for a biological tissue when the suction is performed on the biological tissue.SOLUTION: An insertion tool 6 comprises a urethra insertion member 4 and a vagina insertion member 5. The urethra insertion member 4 has a suction line 49 for sucking a urethral wall, and the vagina insertion member 5 has a suction line 58 for sucking the vaginal wall. Moreover, the suction line 49 and the suction line 58 merge.
