The screw head (17) is designed as an integral washer (21), which prevents the screw head (17) from becoming recessed into the lightweight construction material. The external thread (15) has a flank height (23), and this flank height (23), at any location of the external thread (15), is greater than or equal to half the radius of the washer (21).
