PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic life housing device that hardly gives stress or physical shock to housed aquatic life, removes various types of dirt, and can keep and transport the aquatic life while maintaining freshness and health of the aquatic life.SOLUTION: An aquatic life housing device 1 includes: a housing container 2 capable of housing water and aquatic life； a first moving pipeline 3 for moving first sewage containing first dirt from the housing container 2； a second moving pipeline 4 for moving second sewage containing second dirt； a foam separation unit 5 for separating the dirt in at least one of the first dirt and the second dirt； a temporary storage container 6 for temporarily storing treated water after the separation； a transfer pipeline 7 for transferring the treated water from the temporary storage container 6 to the housing container 2； and a dissolving treatment unit 8 for dissolving at least one of air and oxygen in the treated water transferred by the transfer pipeline 7.
