FIELD: technologies for adaptation to climate change.SUBSTANCE: device includes a net chamber with a frame, facilities for creation of constant buoyancy, intermediate supporting floats, systems of vertical and horizontal positioning. System of vertical positioning consists of a vessel with variable buoyancy and a flexible element with negative buoyancy suspended under the frame. Horizontal positioning system consists of anchors and underwater buoys connected with carcass leads. Leads of horizontal positioning system are fixed to lower frame of frame, which has compartments with volumes of variable buoyancy and together with system of vertical positioning there is detachable from upper frame of cage device, which has positive buoyancy.EFFECT: device makes it possible to separate the cage from systems of horizontal and vertical positioning without disturbance of serviceability of the latter.9 cl, 8 dwg
