PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device performing steam cooking efficiently in a structure of a steam-cooking device to save energy.SOLUTION: In a multistage type steam cooking device, arranged are: a tunnel-like noodle introduction part 1 extending from a steam storage body part 2 where steam is actually supplied to a noodle ribbon group to the oblique lower direction; and a tunnel-like noodle discharge part 3 extending from the steam storage body part 2 to the oblique lower direction similarly.
