PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although a natural fruit body of mushroom of the genus Agaricus is collected or a fruit body of mushroom of the genus Agaricus is cultivated by a ridge cultivation method in a greenhouse in a warm district, the cultivation by the ridge culture method has a low yield of fruit body of mushroom of the genus Agaricus due to an extensive cultivation though carried out in a greenhouse, is liable to be affected by weather due to an outdoor cultivation, consequently has a defect that makes a stable production all year impossible, therefore, an artificial cultivation method by which a large amount of a fruit body of mushroom of the genus Agaricus can be cultivated stably and collectively without being affected by weather is expected. SOLUTION: This method for artificial mushroom bed cultivation of fruit body of mushroom of the genus Agaricus comprises a process for culturing a mushroom of the genus Agaricus in a medium containing grain.
