PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve all the problems of frequent failure, a large amount of residues, high equipment and maintenance costs and possibility of explosion of an odor combustible gas due to high temperature heating, in a conventional treatment of an organic substance including removal from a tank, disposal and incineration in a short cycle, constant electric heating, emission of odors, diffusion of dust in drying, many sections requiring machining. SOLUTION: In the organic waste treatment machine for underwater decomposition/disappearing cleaning, even by air diffusion in a treatment tank even with any shape of the treatment tank and the organic substance self-crushing pump requiring no air removal hole, underwater delivery water stream agitation, non-requirement of a heater, energy-saving and space-saving, complete decomposition/disappearing of the organic substance, no odor in an airtightly closed treatment machine and no residues by use of a safe fermentation bacteria and an oxygenation agent can be accomplished. The machining part is eliminated and the failure is eliminated by an ultra-simple structure and an already existing underground cleaning tank can be used for treatment of contaminated water and the organic substance.
