The present invention relates to a disposable nursing trouser. The trouser includes a U-shaped opening arranged at the inner side of two trouser tubes, and two front and rear positioning belts respectively arranged on the front and rear sides of the trouser； two front and rear tubes arranged beneath the two front and positioning belts； a waterproof mask having an upper end fixed on the trouser body, and a lower end located in front of the U-shaped opening； a displaceable soft mask piece relatively disposed under the U-shaped opening and having a front end connected with the two positioning belts and a free end penetrating the front tube and positioned at the front positioning belt, and a rear end connected to two pull strings and penetrating the rear tube and a guide ring on the rear positioning belt. When the soft mask piece is moved backward from the U-shaped opening, thus allowing the user to excrete and use the positioning belts to restore the soft mask piece.
