PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the accurate positioning of an ear type clinical thermometer to be carried out easily by the tactile sense of a finger and the accurate positioning of a probe to be carried out easily by giving a sense of unity to the probe and a measurers finger by making the probe a type to be mounted on the measurers finger and transmitting contact between the tip of the probe and the skin of the ear of a subject as the tactile sense of the measurers finger.SOLUTION: The measurer integrates the ear type clinical thermometer with the finger by putting his index finger on a surface 112 and wrapping mounting strips 106 and 107 around the middle joint of the finger. Pressure sensors 110a to 110d are provided in the vicinity of the tip of the probe. When detecting the contact by the sensors, the thermometer drives applicable vibrating elements from among vibrating elements 111a to 111d abutting on the finger. As a result, the clinical thermometer transmits the contact between the tip of the probe and the skin of the ear of the subject as the tactile sense of the measurers finger to the measurer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】 測定者の指に装着するタイプにすることでプローブと測定者の指との一体感を持たせ、且つ、プローブの先端部と被検者の耳の皮膚との接触を測定者の指の触覚として伝達させ、もって耳式体温計の位置決めを指の触覚で容易に行え、プローブの正確な位置決めを容易にできるようにする。【解決手段】 測定者は、人差し指を面112に置き、装着帯106、107で指の中節を巻くことで、耳式体温計を指と一体にさせる。プローブの先端部近傍には、感圧センサ110a乃至110dが設けられ、これらで接触を検出すると、指に当接した振動素子111a乃至111dの中の該当する振動素子を駆動する。この結果、測定者に対し、プローブの先端部の被検者の耳の皮膚との接触を測定者の指の触覚として伝達させる。【選択図】 図1
