PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunostimulator for enhancement of antiviral antibody production.SOLUTION: An immunostimulator contains a polysaccharide, wherein sugar residues in the basic structure comprise galactose and mannose at least and the galactose exists in a furanose form. The content of galactose is preferably 50-79 mass%, when the total amount of the neutral monosaccharide composition is considered to be 100 mass%. A polysaccharide is preferably an extracellular polysaccharide derived from unicellular algae of the Parachlorella group.
