PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing device capable of preventing foreign matters floating in washing water from adhering to a food again.SOLUTION: A food washing device includes a washing tank (10) in which washing water containing sterilization or bactericidal components is pooled, and a floating prevention member (8) placed on the bottom surface (31) of the washing tank for preventing foreign matters reaching the bottom surface from floating.
