PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter structure for a mower having impact resistance.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that plural cutter blades 12 which are radially installed on outside of a housing 11 are formed of a coil spring-shaped blade respectively, so that cutting force in weeding work is improved. In addition, if the cutter blade collides with an object such as a stone in the weeding work, respective cutter blades are elastically energized and retreated in an inside space of the housing, so that not only breakage of the cutter blades can be prevented, but also a wear ratio can be minimized, and a volume in which the cutter blade and the object collide is small, generation of a debris is suppressed, and the cutter blades are hardly broken, so that an accident which may occur in the weeding work can be reduced, and additional cost due to replacement of the cutter blade hardly occurs. In addition, a weight of a mower can be significantly reduced relative to a conventional one, and has high impact resistance which facilitates work, in the cutter structure for a mower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、耐衝撃性を有する草刈機用カッター構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、ハウジング11の外側に放射状に設置された多数のカッター刃12がコイルスプリング状の刃で構成され、除草作業時における切断力を向上させ、除草作業中に石などの物体にカッター刃が衝突した場合、それぞれのカッター刃が弾性付勢されてハウジングの内側空間に後退することにより、カッター刃の破損を防止することはもちろん、摩耗率を最小化することができ、カッター刃と物体との衝撃が起こる体積が小さく、破片などの発生が少ないのみでなく、カッター刃が折れにくいため、除草作業時に発生し得る事故を減らすことができると共に、カッター刃の交換による追加費用がさほど発生せず、且つ従来に比べて草刈機の重量を大幅に減らすことができることから作業がしやすい耐衝撃性を有する草刈機用カッター構造を提供することができる。【選択図】図2
