PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for preventing a chemical accident when a herbicide is used and injury etc by a blade part of a sickle in treating weeds in a garden or treating weeds in gardening or in a home vegetable garden.SOLUTION: As the implement can be operated in a relatively short period of time even by an unskilled person who is lacking in experiences, stimulation and chemical accidents caused by chemicals can be prevented. Further, as the implement does not have a dangerous blade part, accidents caused by handling can be prevented.
