An object of the present invention is to provide means for promoting in vivo absorption of hydroxytyrosol or a derivative thereof, extending the residence time in the body, and maintaining the effect. As a result of extensive studies, the present inventor can promote the absorption of hydroxytyrosol or a derivative thereof in the body and prolong the residence time in the body by using a combination of hydroxytyrosol or a derivative thereof and a compound having a galloyl group. I found out that本発明の課題は、ヒドロキシチロソール又はその誘導体の体内吸収を促進し、体内滞留時間を延長させ効果を持続させるための手段を提供することである。本発明者は鋭意検討した結果、ヒドロキシチロソール又はその誘導体とガロイル基を有する化合物とを組み合わせて用いることにより、ヒドロキシチロソール又はその誘導体の体内吸収を促進、体内滞留時間を延長させることが可能となることを見出した。
