PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply device and a water supply system each of which includes shared pumps switchable between drive and stop and supplying a plurality of agricultural houses with water, and each of which can adjust an amount of supply water to the agricultural houses.SOLUTION: A water supply device 1 comprises: a water amount adjustment unit 14 which changes an amount of water returning from shared piping 2 through return piping 13 to a tank 11 and a control unit 15 which controls pumps 12a, 12b and the water amount adjustment unit 14.
