PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a transplanter have its front wheels capable of easily and greatly being lifted up.SOLUTION: This walking type transplanter is provided by installing an engine part for moving driving wheels and a transplanting part driven by the engine part and transplanting seedling stocks on a field on a machine body having a right and left pair of front wheels as free moving wheels and a pair of rear wheels as the driving wheels, and linking the front end part of a steering handle extending toward rear direction at the rear end part of the machine body. The steering handle has a right and left pair of handle-forming bodies extending at least in front to rear direction, and each of the handle-forming bodies is formed by linking the base end part of movable side part of a rear part side with the tip end part of a fixed side part of a front part side through a linking part, and making the tip end part of the movable side part as capable of changing positions between a normal operating position and a spring up operating position by spring it up in upper direction from the normal operating position through the linking part. At the spring up operation position, the right and left pair of front wheels are made to be capable of being lifted up by rotating the movable side part in rear lower direction by using the right and left pair of rear wheels as a fulcrum and holding the tip end part of the movable side part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】楽に前輪を大きく持ち上げることできるようにすること。【解決手段】遊動輪としての左右一対の前輪と駆動輪としての左右一対の後輪とを有する機体上に、前記駆動輪を駆動する原動機部と、原動機部により駆動されて圃場に苗株を移植する移植部を設け、機体の後端部には後方へ向けて伸延する操作ハンドルの前端部を連結した。操作ハンドルは、少なくとも前後方向に伸延する左右一対のハンドル形成体を有し、各ハンドル形成体は、前部側である固定側部の先端部に連結部を介して後部側である可動側部の基端部を連結して形成し、連結部を介して可動側部の先端部を通常操作位置と通常操作位置から上方へ跳ね上げた跳上操作位置との間で位置変更可能となした。跳上操作位置では、可動側部の先端部を把持して左右一対の後輪を支点に可動側部を後下方に回動させることで左右一対の前輪を持ち上げ可能となした。【選択図】図1
