In addition, the present invention also refers to a vector, cell, plant or seed comprising the polynucleotide, whose expression is specifically directed in specific tissues of wheat seeds by means of gene expression regulatory sequences such as, for example, the promoter of a γ-gliadin gene or the promoter of the gene that codes for a D-hordein.La presente invención se refiere al silenciamiento específico delas &alpha； (alfa), &beta； (beta), &gamma； (gamma) y &omega； (omega)-gliadinas de trigoduro y harinero mediante RNA de interferencia (ARNi) por medio del empleo de un polinucleótido que se transcribe a un hpRNA (hairpin RNA).
