PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food bearing bar sanitary, firmly supporting food, excellent in bending strength, and reducing waste loss caused by warp, and a food with the bearing bar.SOLUTION: A food bearing bar comprises rod-like members obtained by winding a paper-made sheet around a plurality of times, and is formed by connecting a plurality of rod-like members in a radial direction. A junction is formed on a contact surface between the outer peripheral surfaces of the rod-like members adjacent to each other, and a groove part constituted by the outer peripheral surfaces of the rod-like members adjacent to each other is formed so as to be gradually narrowed toward the depth direction.
