The bulb-planting holder 4 stops at a planting position and does not perform advancing travel against the advancing travel of the traveling frame 10 accompanying with the advancing travel of a traveling device 2 during the actions of pushing out the filled bulb from the holder and planting by the bulb-planting holder 4.
