This report deals with the treatment of orphan diseases, especially the treatment of Ehlers Danlos vascular syndrome (veds). More specifically, the current situation relates to a top-down dosage system (e.g., an increased dose system) for the effective treatment of patients with ved associated with ethanol. Claim 1: a method for the treatment of Elles Danlos vascular syndrome, comprising the administration of 80 to 100 mg of cycloacrylonitrile or an equivalent amount of acceptable salt to a patient in need, and increasing the daily dose to 360 to 440 mg within six months.La presente se refiere al campo del tratamiento de una enfermedad huérfana, en particular el tratamiento del síndrome de Ehlers-Danlos vascular (vEDS).
