The present invention relates to: a liquid formula composition having excellent production efficiency, phase stability, aging stability and microbial safety and a method of preparing the same. According to the present invention, the method of preparing a liquid formula composition comprises a process of preparing a half-finished product from a concentrated mixture solution so as to reduce required utilities, time and the like in comparison to a process of batch-preparing a finished product diluted from the start, and thus achieves excellent production efficiency. Additionally, the liquid formula composition according to the present invention has excellent phase stability and aging stability through emulsification and dispersion stabilization, and has excellent microbial safety through ultra-high temperature (UHT) short-time sterilization processing and the like.
