PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered tea beverage including high concentration of powdered green tea made fine by wet milling, capable of reducing a rough feeling, while enhancing aroma.SOLUTION: A powdered tea beverage includes: (A) powdered green tea whose particle size is 2 μm or smaller; (B1) monogalactosyl diglyceride; and (B2) digalactosyl diglyceride. In the powder tea beverage, (a) 700000 or more particles of (A) whose particle size is 2 μm or smaller are included per 500 mL of the beverage, and (b) the total amount of (B1) and (B2) is: [(B1)+(B2)]=1.3-12.0 μg/ml.
