PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfort determining device capable of reducing risks of false determination of comfort/discomfort.SOLUTION: The comfort determining device 80 includes a brain wave measuring part 20 and a comfort/discomfort determining part 40. The brain wave measuring part 20 can measure brain waves in the head of a subject including at least one region of the right temporal region, left temporal region and parietal region. The comfort/discomfort determining part 40 extracts &beta waves of the brain waves measured by the brain wave measuring part 20.
