CONSTITUTION: A combined head structure of a physical treatment apparatus comprises a head part(100) and a handle part(200). In the head part, one or two or more low frequency positive electrodes are combined. In the center of the low frequency positive electrode, an ultrasonic oscillator is equipped. A substrate is fixed on the top of the ultrasonic oscillator. The ultrasonic oscillator and low frequency positive electrode are integrated in an insulator housing and are installed in a handle part.본 발명은 초음파와 저주파 치료가 선택적으로 가능한 초음파, 저주파 물리치료장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 초음파 전극과 하나 이상의 저주파 전극을 포함하는 복합 일체형 헤드를 구성하는 초음파, 저주파 복합 치료 장치의 헤드 구조에 관한 것이다.본 발명 초음파 및 저주파 물리치료장치의 복합헤드 구조는 초음파 및 저주파부 헤드부가 어셈블리 형태로 통합된 복합형 헤드로 구성하여 본체와의 결합 및 전기적인 연결설치가 용이한 구조를 제공하며, 별도의 헤드 교체없이(종래 저주파는 패드) 간단하게 사용가능하도록 한다.
