The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for supplying oxygen and a photosensitizer to a specific organ of a body and generating oxygen radicals by irradiating light or ultrasonic waves from outside a body, thereby killing bacteria in a specific organ. The apparatus for removing bacteria inside a body using light, which is one aspect of the present invention, comprises: an oxygen unit for supplying oxygen into a body of a patient； an output unit for outputting light to a first area of the body internal area； and a control unit in which at least one of the photosensitizer and an ultrasound activator supplied to the inside of the body absorbs the light and the ultrasonic wave to promote the chemical reaction of the oxygen and when oxygen radicals are generated through the chemical reaction of oxygen, bacteria existing in the first area is removed by using the oxygen radical through operation control of the oxygen unit and the output unit.본 발명은 신체의 특정 기관에 산소 및 감광제를 공급하고, 신체 외부에서 빛이나 초음파를 쪼여 산소라디칼을 발생시킴으로써, 특정 기관 내부의 균을 죽이는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 양상인 빛을 이용하여 신체 내부의 균을 없애는 장치는, 환자의 신체 내부에 산소를 공급하는 산소부； 상기 신체 내부 영역 중 제 1 영역에 빛을 출력하는 출력부； 및 상기 신체 내부에 공급된 감광제 및 초음파 활성제 중 적어도 하나가 상기 빛과 초음파를 흡수하여 상기 산소의 화학 반응을 촉진시키고, 상기 산소의 화학 반응을 통해 산소 라디칼이 발생하는 경우, 산소부 및 출력부의 동작 제어를 통해 상기 산소 라디칼을 이용하여 상기 제 1 영역에 존재하는 균을 없애는 제어부；를 포함할 수 있다.
