The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cartridge capable of performing uniform scanning even by two-axis control, thereby improving obesity treatment performance, and an ultrasonic treatment head using the same. The ultrasonic treatment head (10) according to the present invention comprises a head body (100) and a cartridge (200) which is attached to and detached from the head body (1 00). The head body (100) comprises: a body housing for supporting and protecting internal devices and providing a user interface； a first actuator which causes reciprocation about a first axis； a second actuator which causes reciprocation about a second axis； and a stage which is pivotally moved by the first actuator and the second actuator around a fixed axis. The cartridge (200) comprises: a cartridge housing for receiving a transducer therein and sealing a liquid； a flat window which is installed in the cartridge housing to transmit ultrasonic waves to a treatment area； a body coupling part for coupling with the head body (100)； an ultrasonic transducer which generates ultrasonic waves if an actuation signal is input via the body coupling part； and a fitting member which moves the ultrasonic transducer a10ng the flat window by the pivot movement of the stage transmitted via the body coupling part for in-plane scanning.
