A compound of formula (I) wherein: R is either hydrogen or halogen； either hydroxyl, (C 1 -C 6) alkoxy, (C 3 -C 7) cycloalkyl-O- or (C 3 -C 7) cycloalkyl (C 1 -C 3) alkylene-O-； either a heterocycloalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl group； this group being optionally substituted by one or more groups chosen from halogen atoms, (C 1 -C 6) alkyl, (C 3 -C 7) cycloalkyl, (C 3 -C 7) cycloalkyl (C 1 -C 3) alkylene groups, (C 1 -C 6) C6) alkoxy, (C3-C7) cycloalkyl-O-, (C3-C7) cycloalkyl (C1-C3) alkylene-O-, (C1-C6) fluoroalkyl, (C1-C6) fluoroalkoxy, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, amino, (C 1 -C 6) alkylamino, di (C 1 -C 6) alkylamino, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, aryl (C 1 -C 6) alkylene, heteroaryl, heteroaryl (C 1 -C 6) alkylene, aryl-O- and C (O) ¨ (C1¨C6) alkyl； or a heterocycloalkyl group substituted with ¨C (O) O (CH3) 3； n represents 1 or 2； m represents 1 or 2； and o represents 1 or 2； as a pharmaceutically acceptable base or as a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt； the case where n and o = 1 and m = 2 being excluded； and compounds selected from the group consisting of 4- (6-fluoropyridin-3-yl) -1-azabicyclo [2.2.1] heptane, 4- (6-chloropyridin-3-yl) -1-azabicyclo [2.2.1] ] heptane, 4- (6-bromopyridin-3-yl) -1-azabicyclo [2.2.1] heptane and 4- (pyridin-3-yl) -1-azabicyclo [2.2.1] heptane being excluded.
