PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet cassette in which a vertical position and an entering depth of a partitioning member can be easily adjusted corresponding to a size of a tablet to be discharged, and a rotor can be easily removed from a fixed member fixed to a drive shaft.SOLUTION: A cassette body 2 is provided on its side wall with a plurality of slits 27 in a peripheral direction of a rotor 3 so that at least one elastic hair-like piece 39 passes through the slit, and the slit extends in an axial direction of the rotor 3. An opening 11 facing an outer circumference surface of the rotor 3 is formed on the side wall of the cassette body 2, the opening is closed by a closing member 17, and the slit 27 is formed on the closing member. A holding member 18 is formed so as to movably hold the partitioning member 19 in a diameter direction of the rotor 3, and a support 23 for supporting the holding member 18 is arranged on the closing member 17. A locking protrusion 37 is formed on the partitioning member 19.
