PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small cheese piece, which reliably allows the pieces not to be stuck (bound) to each other.SOLUTION: The small cheese piece 1 includes a cheese body 1a, and powdered cellulose 1b applied to the surface of the cheese body 1a. The small cheese piece has a rectangular form in plan view, with a length L of 20 mm to 50 mm, a width W of 3 mm to 10 mm, and a thickness of 0.5 mm to 3 mm.
