PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer of a beekeeping hive frame in which the installation direction and position of the spacer of the beekeeping hive frame can easily be adjusted.SOLUTION: A spacer 3 is constituted of: a portal type holding part 4 composed of a top surface 4a opposed to an upper surface 2a of a rod-shaped frame material 2, and a pair of leg parts 4b, 4c opposed to front/rear surfaces 2b, 2c of the rod-shaped frame material 2 a pair of detachment preventing claws 5, 5 provided at both bottom edges of the leg parts and performing detachment prevention of the holding part 4 and a protrusion 6 provided on an outer surface of one side of the leg parts and protruding outwardly.
