The present invention provides a cultivation and control method for mushrooms, including the steps of: defining a cap and a stem from a fruiting body; defining at least one harvest day, dependent on diameter of the cap and length of the stem which the fruiting body can grow; defining at least one height value from a lifting device, and said height value is dependent on the length to which the stem can grow. Establishing at least one control command, including a ratio value and one of said height value; selecting and issuing the control command, and letting the lifting device to go up or down according to the height value of control command, and display the corresponding harvest days. The present invention can control the length of the stem from a fruiting body of mushroom by the lifting device, and it can control the diameter of the cap by said fruiting body, so it can accommodate to consumers’ food preferences and cultivation preferences, to adjust the growth of carbon dioxide concentration of the fruiting body of mushroom, and further controlling the ratio of the cap and the stem of mushroom fruiting body.本發明係提供一種菇蕈類之培育控制方法,其步驟包含:於菇蕈類子實體界定菌蓋及菌柄;定義至少一採收天數,相依於菌蓋可成長之直徑及菌柄可生長之長度;於一升降裝置界定至少一高度值,且高度值相依於所述菌柄可生長之長度;建立至少一控制命令,其分別包含一比例值及其一所述高度值;選定並發出控制命令,令該升降裝置依據控制命令之高度值而升降,並呈現對應之採收天數;藉之,本發明藉由升降裝置之高度值以控制菇蕈類子實體之菌柄長度,而透過採收天數以控制菌蓋之大小,藉可依據消費者對於菇蕈類之飲食或培育喜好,而調整菇蕈類子實體生長之二氧化碳濃度,進而控制菇蕈類子實體生長之菌蓋與菌柄之比例者。
