The present invention relates to a method for improving the positioning accuracy and alarm performance of a Bluetooth anti-loss device by using a mobile terminal. The method comprises: step 1, the mobile terminal searches for a Bluetooth anti-loss device and successfully carries out connection and binding with the Bluetooth anti-loss device; step 2, the Bluetooth anti-loss device reports signals every second; step 3, after receiving the signals, the mobile terminal analyzes the intensity values of the signals reported by the Bluetooth anti-loss device and makes a judgment; step 4, arranging a fixed signal value as an alarm reference value on the mobile terminal, and when the signal values in more than two times, continuously reported by the Bluetooth anti-loss device and selected by the mobile terminal, exceed an alarm reference value, the mobile terminal rapidly transmits an alarm starting instruction to device; and step 5, simultaneously perform alarming on the mobile terminal and the Bluetooth anti-loss de
