PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film capable of obtaining stable adhesive strength and easy-to-peel property even after being heated by sterilization processing, etc., and to provide a packaging container.SOLUTION: The laminated film is composed by sequentially laminating at least a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer. The first layer is composed of 60-93 mass% cyclic olefin polymer and 7-40 mass% polypropylene-based resin, and a thickness is 2-15 &mum. The second layer is composed of 60-98 mass% cyclic olefin copolymer and at least one kind of 2-40 mass% selected from straight chain low-density polyethylene resin and styrene-based elastomer.
