PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for peeling thin films, stabilizing the feed of seedlings to a transplanter and easy in the aftertreatment of peeled thin films.SOLUTION: The apparatus works as follows. Respective thin films 32 separated by a pair of separatory rollers 33 are united by a winder 34s reel 38 and wound, and the resulting continuous films 11 are unreeled successively from a consecutive assembled pot body 10. Therefore, the unreeling velocity difference between one thin film 32 and another thin film 32 comes to a minimum, preventing the respective thin films 32 from being cut off, thus stabilizing the feed of seedlings 3. Also, as the wound thin films 32 are assembled to a single mass, the thin films 32 after wound can be handled easily furthermore, such single-mass thin films 32 can be removed from the reel 38 by merely moving a receiving member 43 above the reel 38, thus leading to the efficient aftertreatment of the thin films 32.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】移植機への苗の供給が安定すると共に剥離した薄膜の後処理が容易な薄膜剥離装置を提供する。【解決手段】一対の分離ローラ33によって分離された各薄膜32が巻取り装置34のリール38によって合一されて巻き取られて連続集合鉢体10から連続体11が順次引き出される。したがって、一方の薄膜32の引き出し速度と他方の薄膜32の引き出し速度との速度差が最小限に止められて各薄膜32が切断するのが防止され、苗3の供給を安定させることができる。また、巻き取られた薄膜32が一塊に集約されるので、巻取り後の薄膜32の扱いが容易で、加えて、受け部材43をリール38上方へ動かすだけで一塊の薄膜32をリール38から取除くことができ、後処理が効率化される。【選択図】図1
