The present invention relates to a method and a system for manufacturing instant cooked food wherein the instant cooked food is heated by using a microwave while being packaged and thus can be cooked within a short time, and a large amount of the instant cooked food can be manufactured by continuous processes, and, also, the instant cooked food, having a distribution period extended by sterilization and disinfection performed during a heating process, can be provided. The method for manufacturing instant cooked food comprises: an ingredient preparing step of preparing ingredients of the instant cooked food an ingredient insertion step of inserting the prepared ingredients in a package container a sealing step of sealing an inlet of the package container in which the ingredients have been inserted a heating step of heating the packaged ingredients by irradiating the packaged ingredients with microwave and a cooling step of cooling the instant cooked food, having been sealed and packaged in the package container and then cooked by being heated, to room temperature or lower.
