The method for manufacturing instant cooked food comprises: an ingredient preparing step of preparing ingredients of the instant cooked food an ingredient insertion step of inserting the prepared ingredients in a package container a sealing step of sealing an inlet of the package container in which the ingredients have been inserted a heating step of heating the packaged ingredients by irradiating the packaged ingredients with microwave and a cooling step of cooling the instant cooked food, having been sealed and packaged in the package container and then cooked by being heated, to room temperature or lower.
