PURPOSE: A plastic sheet mulching device is provided to enable users to control the level of soil for mulching a plastic sheet on ridges by the height of the ridges. CONSTITUTION: A plastic sheet mulching device comprises the following: a main body(100) including a power transfer unit(340) receiving power from a driver； a plastic sheet feeding unit installed on the main body, having the predetermined amount of plastic sheets winded on the feeding unit； soil ridging units(300) forming ridges on soil, and selectively guiding the discharging route of the soil on both sides of the ridges for mulching the plastic sheets； an elevating member including first and second elevating pipes(311, 312)； a ridging member including a bald body(321) and a ridging blade(322)； a ridging guide member(330) installed on the elevating member for forming the discharging route of the soil； a rolling guide unit(400) installed in between the soil ridging units； an elevating frame(410) installed on the main body； and a guiding wheel(420) rotating at the end of the elevating frame.본 발명은 비닐 피복 장치를 제공한다. 상기 비닐 피복 장치는 주행 장치로부터 동력을 전달 받는 동력 전달부를 갖는 본체와； 상기 본체에 설치되며, 일정의 비닐이 권취되는 비닐 공급부； 및 상기 본체의 일단 양측부에 승강 가능하도록 설치되며, 끝단에 상기 동력 전달부로부터 동력을 전달 받아 회전되어 흙을 배토하고, 상기 비닐이 피복되는 두둑의 양측부로 상기 흙의 배토 경로를 선택적으로 안내하는 한 쌍의 토양 배토부를 구비한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 주행하면서 비닐을 두둑에 피복하는 경우, 두둑의 양측부 높이에 대응하도록 레벨을 조절하며, 피복된 비닐의 양측부에 흙을 모아 덮도록 할 수 있다.
