The present invention relates to a vinyl sheet covering device which has vinyl sheet covering units and covers a ridge of a field with a vinyl sheet while being towed by a towing vehicle. The vinyl sheet covering units (200, 300, 400, 500) comprises: a vinyl sheet holding unit (10) which has one end portion, fixated to a main frame (100) or a sub-frame (110), and the other end portion, extended on a rear side of the main frame (100) or the sub-frame (110) and holds a vinyl sheet roll； soil discharge units (20A, 20B) which are installed to be symmetrical to each other on the main frame (100) or the sub-frame (110)； elastic supports (30A, 30B) which is installed on the main frame (100) or the sub-frame (110) and is installed on a rear side of the vinyl sheet holding unit (10)； pressing units (40A, 40B) which are installed to be symmetrical to each other on the elastic supports (30A, 30B) and press the vinyl sheet unwound from the vinyl sheet roll； and soil covering units (50A, 50B) which are located on a rear side of the pressing units (40A, 40B), supply soil to an upper side of the vinyl sheet, pressed by the pressing units (40A, 40B), and covers the vinyl sheet. The soil covering units (50A, 50B) comprise a soil covering wheel (55) and a soil covering blade (57) installed on the inside of the soil covering wheel (55) and rotated by a hydraulic motor (58).
