PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus for efficiently performing cooling.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes: a cooling part 34 for cooling the inner part of a frame cover 31 for covering the respective units of a frame part 1 for performing X-ray photographing a discharge port 33 arranged in the frame cover 31 so as to discharge heat inside the frame cover 31 and an opening and closing part 40 for opening the discharge port 33 when the cooling part 34 is stopped and closing the discharge port 33 when the cooling part 34 performs cooling.
