The present invention relates to a plastic sheet covering apparatus, and specifically, to a plastic sheet covering apparatus capable of placing a plastic sheet on ridges to be in close contact with the ridges and covering both ends of edges of the plastic sheet with soil to finish plastic sheet covering. The plastic sheet covering apparatus has a powerful traction performance to enable a user to pull the plastic sheet covering apparatus.
