Device for the rapid evacuation of a victim in a horizontal position by a rescuer on different types of terrain. The invention relates to a stretcher equipped with all-terrain wheels and a traction handle, allowing the rapid evacuation of a victim in a horizontal position by a rescuer by letting the latter's weight rest on the wheels. It consists of a stretcher (22) or (23) on which all-terrain wheels (12) and a traction handle (16) are attached. The rescuer places the victim on the stretcher, secures him in a horizontal position using the straps (10), and thanks to the handle (15) of the traction handle (16), he can quickly tow the victim out of the area danger. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the rapid evacuation of a victim in a horizontal position, from a hostile environment on different types of terrain while allowing the victim's weight to rest on the wheels. L’invention concerne un brancard équipé de roues tous terrains et d’un manche de traction, permettant l’évacuation rapide d’une victime en position horizontal par un sauveteur en laissant reposer le poids de celle-ci sur les roues. Il est constitué d’un brancard (22) ou (23) sur lequel sont fixées des roues tous terrains (12) et d’un manche de traction(16). Le sauveteur place la victime sur le brancard, la sécurise en position horizontale à l’aide des sangles (10), et grâce à la poignée (15) du manche de traction (16), il peut tracter rapidement la victime hors de la zone de danger. Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné à l’évacuation rapide d’une victime en position horizontal, d’un milieu hostile sur différents types de terrains tout en laissant reposer le poids de la victime sur les roues.
