A manufacturing method for an external skin used essence and a bio cellulose membrane comprising the said essence. The method comprising the following steps of: preparing a stock solution of the essence； placing the stock solution into a vacuum homogenizer for vacuum homogenization to obtain a first process material, mixing the first process material and a catalytic enzyme and placing the mixture into a ultra-high pressure treatment device for ultra-high pressure catalysis to obtain a second process material； adding the second process material into a high-pressure homogenizer for high-pressure homogenization to obtain the essence. The said essence is added into a bio cellulose dressing to obtain a bio cellulose membrane.一種皮膚外用精華液的製備方法及包含該皮膚外用精華液的生物纖維素膜片。製備方法包含：製備精華液的原料液；將原料液置於真空均質攪拌鍋內進行真空均質後獲得一次加工製程出料，再於其中加入催化酶並置於超高壓處理裝置中進行超高壓催化，以獲得二次加工製程出料；及將二次加工製程出料加入高壓均質機內進行高壓均質後獲得精華液。將上述精華液添加到生物纖維素膜敷材上，獲得生物纖維素膜片。
