PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter detection mechanism for an electric scissors that can prevent erroneous cut-off of an annealing wire even if a sensor or circuit is not provided for it.SOLUTION: The electric scissors includes a blade part moving in conjunction with rotation of a motor.
