< br \/ >, the present invention relates to the study of the antifungal activity in vitro and in vivo protein hydrolysates against several phytopathogenic fungi.the hydrolysates were obtained by hydrolysis of muscle proteins of the triggerfish capriscus,at the level of peptide bonds, which leads to smaller sizes, i.e. molecules, polypeptides, peptides and amino acids.the hydrolysis is carried out by the intestinal enzymes from sardinella aurita, the extract and the z\u00e8bra blenny intestinal bacterial strain, bacillus mojavensis a21).in this invention, we have demonstrated a significant inhibition of mycelial growth of the majority of the soil fungi tested (fusariumsolani, rizoctoniabataticola.rizoctoniasolani and pythuimultimum). protein hydrolysates obtenus\u00a0moyennant intestinal extract zblenny (hbp \/ s) and the enzyme extract of strain.mojavensis a21 (hb a2) have a fungistatic effect against r. bataticola, and effet\u00a0\u00a0fongicide against r. solani.the antifungal activity of the protein hydrolysates a\u00a0\u00e9t\u00e9 also demonstrated in vivo against dry rot of potato tubers.< br \/ > in the preventive treatment of tubers, 20 days prior to inoculation.solani has made it possible to reduce the spread of decay approximately 35.66% compared to the non treated inoculated controls.also, the invention relates to the effectiveness of the application of protein hydrolysates from muscle to treat young b. capriscus tomato seedlings infected with f. solani.the results show the ability of the bph - a21 to reduce the incidence of the disease, with up to 100% and the percentages without symptoms (1 foliai changesres).
