PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an auxiliary tool for safely and easily performing cooking at a household, similar to cooking performed by a professional chef, in a boiling work of dry noodles (such as pasta or buckwheat noodles).SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that a part, which is lower by almost 1/4 of a whole length of a bundle of dried noodles (such as pasta or buckwheat noodles) for one person or for two people from a top end of the bundle, is gripped, and a guide apex (A in the figure) positioned on a center is inserted into a top part center part of the bundle of the dried noodles. By rotating the invention product in a clockwise direction, the dried noodles are spread radially in a pot, with blades which are arched like a shrimp and which are radially extended in a uniform state from the apex of the center part as an origin, as guides. While confirming that the dried noodles become soft, only by pushing the dried noodles to a lower part, anyone can easily and safely perform a boiling work of the dried noodles without failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)の茄で作業について、一般家庭でプロの調理人のような調理を簡単かつ安全に行うための具体的な補助具を提案するものである。【解決手段】一定量(1~2人前)の乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)の束の上端から乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)の全長の4分の1ほど下がった部分を握り、本発明品の中心に位置するガイド頂点(図面のA) を乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)の束の上部中央部分に差込む。本発明品を時計回りに回すことで、中心部の頂点を起点に均等に放射されたエビ反り状の羽根をガイドにして鍋の中で乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)が放射形状に開く。鍋の中で、乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)が柔らかくなるのを確認しながら、乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)を下部へ押し込んでいくだけで誰でも失敗することなく簡単かつ安全に乾麺(パスタやそばなどの乾麺)の茄で作業ができることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
